2005
Branch Expansion Begins
Expanded operations beyond Lagos with establishment of regional branches to serve clients across Nigeria, strengthening our national presence.
2015
Multi-Office Operations
Established comprehensive office network across Lagos, Abuja, Asaba, and Kaduna, providing integrated real estate services nationwide.
2022
NIESV Leadership
Johnbull Amayaevbo became the 25th President of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, leading industry transformation with 4-point agenda for rebranding and excellence.
2024
Industry Milestone
Under Amayaevbo’s leadership, NIESV unveiled its new National Headquarters in Abuja and launched Nigeria’s first Real Estate Market Report, setting new industry standards for data and professionalism.
